S / 55 CM
Our smallest size on offer. If your head measures 53 cm โ 54 cm, we recommend adding a hat filler to your order, as these reduce the size of your hat by 1-2.5 cm.
M / 57 CM
Ideal for the average sized head. We recommend this medium size as a โstandardโ or โaverageโ fit.
L / 59 CM
If you have a large head โ we recommend our standard size large. Itโs a no brainer.
XL / 61 CM
For those with a bigger head size or who prefer extra breathing room, our XL provides the most spacious fit in our lineup.

Fit Tips
- Keep in mind, hat fit is entirely a matter of personal preference. Youโre the only one who can decide how you want your hat to sit, fit and how you want to wear it.
- We believe tighter fits are more suitable for those active moments in life โ think long days at your favourite music festival or fun in the sun at the beach.
- For a more comfortable, extended wear (4+ hours), we recommend a looser fit that will sit lower on the head.
- The shape and style of a hat can vary the sizing and fit. We always recommend reading the size and fit guide for any hat you're considering. This will help to ensure youโre able to select the perfect size for you.
- Unsure of sizing? A hat filler is a great addition because it can be used to tailor the size and fit of your new KhaanQuest hat (and add comfort at the same time).

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the United States, Canada, and Australia, with the exception of small accessories orders under $50.

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition with tags attached.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Your return must be lodged and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method are eligible on full-priced styles only.
- Full-price items can be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange within 14 days of purchase, including those purchased using a welcome discount code.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. All discounted styles marked as โsaleโ on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale (with a code or automatic discount, including our Summer Sale) can be returned for exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
- Final sale items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty. These are marked as โfinal saleโ on the product page.
If your return does not comply with these conditions, your items will not be accepted. Returns made after the 14-day return window will not be accepted (unless delayed due to postage and handling).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How to find your hat size
We have a few simple tips to help you find the perfect sized hat for you. To measure your head accurately, you will need a cloth measuring tape. We also recommend you have assistance from another person, to ensure accuracy.
All Khaan Quest hats are sized in centimetres, as such we recommend using a metric ruler and measuring your head in centimetres.
How to find your fit
How would you like to wear your hat? Select from the options below. Then, follow the instructions of your preferred option to measure your head.
Be sure to follow the instructions of your preferred option, there are significant differences between them.

Option 1: Traditional
This is the โtraditionalโ style of wearing a hat. Choose this option if this is the way you will choose to wear your hat.
1. Place your cloth measuring tape around your head over your occipital bone (the furthest part on the back of your head).
2. Bring the measure around to the front of your head. About 5 mm above your ears and position it in the centre of your forehead, or just above the eyebrows (depending on where you want your hat to sit). Make sure the tape is sitting comfortably, this is how the hat will sit on your head.
3. Check what size your measuring tape says. If in between sizing, we recommend sizing up and adding aย hat fillerย to your order to tailor the hat to fit your head perfectly.ย ย

Option 2: Halo Style
This is the โhaloโ style of wearing a hat. Choose this option if this is the way you will choose to wear your hat.
1. Place your cloth measuring tape around your head over your occipital bone (the furthest part on the back of your head).
