Premium Wool Felt Hats
Style Backed by Real Craft
Khaan Quest is an American hat brand based in Los Angeles, working closely with certified Australian wool farms and facility overseas. We design and craft headwear with style that’s backed by real quality — pieces that not only look good, but also hold their shape through real, everyday wear.
At Khaan Quest, we use natural, sustainable material with innovated shaping and finishing techniques to ensure each hat keeps its structure, comfort, and clean silhouette over time.
Our Mission
We aim to create premium wool felt hats that last — with respect for the land, the hands that craft them, and the people who wear them.
By choosing natural, responsible materials and designing for longevity, we reduce waste and build a more sustainable way to live.
Our Material
Khaan Quest use 100% Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified wool — sourced only from ranches that prioritize animal welfare and land stewardship. The wool we source is fully traceable back to ethical farms across Australia.
No mulesing. No cruelty. No overgrazing.
Natural, recyclable, biodegradable, and renewable — wool is a material that works with the earth, not against it. We choose materials with intention — quality for you, responsibility for the planet.
Our Process
From start to finish, it takes 52 steps, 98 craftsmen, and 6–8 quiet weeks to make one KQ hat. We believe something made to last should never be made in haste. Scroll to discover how your hat is made at KQ.

Our Hat Makers
When hands are respected, the craft shows.
Our workshop is audited annually to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and respectful working hours. Most of our artisans have been honing their craft for 12–28 years, passing skill from hand to hand.
We choose to invest in stability, training, and long-term craftsmanship — not fast production cycles. When makers are supported, their work holds care you can feel.
92% of our team returns year after year.
Because this isn’t just work — it’s a craft.
