Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of products to the carrier.

KhaanQuest names, logos, designs, and slogans are trademarks of KhaanQuest or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. 9. Relationship with Shopify

KhaanQuest is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases, however, are made directly with KhaanQuest. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and KhaanQuest. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising out of your purchases and transactions with KhaanQuest.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be processed under Shopify’s privacy policies. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the Services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KhaanQuest, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your: (1) breach of these Terms or referenced documents; (2) violation of law or third-party rights; or (3) access to or use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of indemnified claims at your expense and will not settle any claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You and KhaanQuest consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Hong Kong.
