Overview

At KhaanQuest, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the conditions outlined below. To start a return or exchange, please go to our return page and fill in the information needed to start the process.

Our team will review your request and provide full return instructions within 48 hours.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be submitted through our return request process. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all tags and original packaging

Important:
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Returns submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted unless the delay is due to verified postal or handling issues.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and apply only to:

  • Full-priced items

  • Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code

Refund Process:

  1. Your returned item arrives at our warehouse.

  2. We inspect the condition of the item.

  3. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

If more than 12 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@khaanquest.world.

Return Fee (U.S., Canada, Australia)

All returns from the United States, Canada, and Australia are subject to a flat return fee of USD $15, or the equivalent amount based on real-time currency exchange rates at the time of processing.

Exchanges

To guarantee availability and faster service:

  1. Submit a return request on our return page for the item you wish to exchange

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the new item does not sell out before your return is processed.
